Free Customer Account Handler, Part-time Norwich

New opportunities have become available to join a dedicated division of a highly regarded, leading customer contact centre. You will deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing customers, discussing in detail products and services on offer, and scheduling in appointments for the sales team to carry out quotations. Working within a supportive environment, you must demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills with the ability to convert potential customer interest into confirmed appointments.

Your duties will include:

Undertaking requested call backs to customers who have actively made an enquiry.
Handling live incoming calls from customers seeking information.
Generating dialogue to establish and ascertain customers’ requirements (wants and needs).
Highlighting suitable prospect products and promotions (including associated timings).
Providing comprehensive information relating to products and services (training given).
Coordination of appointments for national field team to visit customers - diary management.
Handling and overcoming queries and objections through the education of the customer.
Accurately gathering customer information and recording onto the in-house system.
Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service.
Meeting and exceeding conversion targets based on booking appointments.
You will have:

Customer service experience - within a previous retail, hospitality or contact centre role.
Exposure in a fast paced customer centric role, with an enjoyment for dealing with people.
Have a proven record of accomplishment of working towards targets.
Possess effective rapport building skills, able to adapt style to each individual.
Use excellent judgment, communication and listening skills.
Be flexible and adaptable to company and team needs.
Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems.
A desire to learn and withhold information, to provide comprehensive advice to customers.
This is a permanent opportunity working a minimum of 16 hours per week across Saturday & Sunday within the hours of 9:00am-6:30pm. This role offers a competitive salary, annual bonus scheme and regular incentives.
